At our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, passion for creative cuisine and love for our homeland fuse together to create an unrivalled culinary experience. Once you’ve tasted South Tyrol’s mouth-watering specialities, you’ll always be longing for more. The intensive aromas, tempting fragrances, and abundance of regional products that await you at the Alpen Tesitin will make every foodie’s heart rejoice.

Fragrant espresso and creamy cappuccino, crispy bread from the organic bakery, fresh pastries and cakes from our patisserie, the finest ham and cheeses, as well as organic egg dishes prepared to order. Plus home-made spreads and honey from the local beekeeper, fruit juices, smoothies, and fluffy waffles. Can also be served in your room all day long (for an additional fee).

You have four options for lunch:
- A hot lunch prepared in our show kitchen (12.30 p.m. – 2 p.m.)
- Fresh salads, delicious antipasti, warming soups, and a selection of bread, cakes, and other treats from our AT patisserie (12.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.)
- Delicious fruit, vegetable sticks with dips, dried fruit and nuts, as well as a variety of teas and juices from our wellness bar (from 12.30 p.m.)
- Or, for an additional fee, an exquisite à-la-carte lunch in our restaurant (12 p.m. – 2 p.m.)

A 5- to 7-course indulgent journey through the culinary variety of South Tyrol and the rest of Italy or an à-la-carte dinner? You have the freedom to choose every day. You can also regularly look forward to aperitifs, special themed evenings, tempting dessert buffets, exclusive gala dinners, and live cooking shows. We’re happy to cater to your individual needs and recommend selected wines from the AT wine bunker.

Our hearts beat for introducing you to the incomparable variety of South Tyrolean cuisine – an earnest promise that we passionately keep from sunrise to sunset at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol.
