Indulgent breakfast buffet from 7.15 a.m. to 11 a.m.

• We serve you fragrant espresso and creamy cappuccino to help you wake up. You can also look forward to crispy bread from the organic bakery, brioche that’s still warm from the oven, delicious cakes from our in-house patisserie, fine ham from South Tyrol and other areas of Italy, flavoursome cheeses, organic egg dishes prepared to order, homemade spreads and honey from a beekeeper in Taisten, fruity juices and smoothies, fluffy waffles, and much, much more. Pure breakfast indulgence!
• You can also order breakfast to be delivered to your room at any time through room service (for an additional fee).

Lunch and afternoon buffet: fresh and different every day, always prepared with love

• 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m.: warm lunch dish from the show kitchen
• 12.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.: Afternoon buffet with fresh salads and fine antipasti, tasty soups and crispy bread from the organic bakery, homemade cakes and treats from the AT patisserie
• From 12.30 p.m.: Delicious fruit, vegetable sticks with dips, dried fruit and nuts, as well as a variety of teas and juices from our wellness bar 
• 12.00 p.m. to 2 p.m.: exquisite à-la-carte lunch in our restaurant (for an additional fee).

Gourmet dinner with gourmet menu from 6.45 p.m. to 8.45 p.m.

• In the evening, our kitchen team pampers you with a 5- to 7-course gourmet menu. Embark on a culinary voyage through South Tyrol and the rest of Italy. You’re also welcome to select your dinner from the à la carte menu. Aperitifs, speciality evenings, dessert buffets with sweet temptations, an exquisite gala dinner, and highlights from the show kitchen round off your gourmet experience.
